Your Child's Birthday Party - One to Two Years!!
If you are having a birthday party for your one or two year old you will probably be inviting your dearest friends and your relatives who live nearby. The first and second birthday party will probably be the most memorable of your child's birthdays for you, the parents. This day, like everyday before will be filled with "firsts".

Do you really need entertainment at this Party?
Probably not. Your baby is going to be the center of attention and she will be providing much of the entertainment herself. You will be filling everyone in on all the wonderfully cute things that she has been doing. Everyone will be waiting for the cake and so that they can videotape that first messy piece. However, if you are going to invite family and friends who have other children, particularly if they are over the age of five, you may want to consider some entertainment. Your Child's Birthday Party - Three to Four Years!!
The birthday party for children three or four years old are starting to get a little bit more involved. Your children might have some friends if they are attending preschool or are in daycare regularly. They may have even been invited to some of their friend's birthday parties and can't wait until they can invite them to their own special party!

Children ages three to four are just starting to understand magic, but they probably aren't ready for, or have the attention span for a long show.
